Quarterly Plans
We ask our clients to sign an annual agreement to be billed as four payments per year. We also Ask the client to stay on schedule for the price discount and to ensure their home stays protected. We can come out in between those visits for callback services at no charge.

Commercial accounts – usually treated on a monthly basis. Varies on size. (Regulated entities that require pest control: restaurants, schools, beauty shops and barbers, gyms, city/county offices, jails and prisons, large sporting complexes, hotels, apartment complexes, etc)
Apartment Complexes– we charge $6 per door, quarterly (that breaks down to $2 per door monthly). We service the entire property on a rotating basis over the quarter.
Hotels– $2 per door
Termite Inspection-$125
Termite Pre-treat for new construction – starts at $350. Will vary with size.
*Termite treatment and Termite Bonds pricing will be determined after a visual examination.

Rodent bait box- $18
Liquitox bait box- $22

$750 per apartment unit (1 level)
